PURCHASING A WORK
All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling and are for unframed work unless otherwise stated. To purchase a piece of work from me please complete the Message form above with the Title of the work, a contact email address and the postal address that you want the work sent to. If the work is a gift, then please use the Additional Information box to state that it is a gift and the name and address I need to send it to.
The following charges for postage and packing will apply for work posted within the UK when purchased from my website:
- All work that is £25 or less will be charged an additional £5.
- All work £25 or over (except for paintings on artist board) will be sent free of charge.
- Paintings on artist board - cost will depend on size.
PAYMENT
If purchased via my website I accept payment via PayPal (if you have a PayPal account), or by bank transfer, or I can send you a secure link for credit card payment via Sumup. When you place an order I will send you the details required to make the payment.
PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
All work is sold unframed. Prints will have a white border around the print so you can see the edition, title and name. A4 and A3 paintings and prints sent in the mail will have a white card back placed in a cellophane cover that is then sealed. The work is then placed in a hard card-backed envelope with a 'Do Not Bend' sticker. Larger prints will be placed within acid proof tissue paper then rolled into a sturdy tube. Paintings done on an artists board are covered in bubble wrap and then packaged.
All work posted in the UK will be sent using the Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class service, or courier depending on size. Please make it clear to us if there are any special delivery instructions.
When you receive the work if the parcel is damaged then please sign for the goods as damaged before opening. Please keep all packaging and photograph it showing the damage as it appears from the outside to help with any claim placed with Royal Mail. Please then contact me using the above Message box and I will contact you to discuss returning the damaged item and its replacement or refund.
RETURNS
I really want you to love the work you purchase from me and I make every effort to ensure that the on-line images are an accurate representation however if it’s just not working for you then please send me a message using the Message form above. I will accept returns where you have contacted me within ten working days of delivery and where you are able to return the work in sellable condition in its original packaging (or similar). When I receive the work back, I will refund you the purchase price within five working days. Please note that you will need to pay for return postage.
